Very spacious and clean. Like the fact that to unlock the door is using PIN, so we are not stuck together with one key. The dryer room is very handy with plenty of clothes hangers provided. View from balcony is also nice. Even though the train track is just in front of us, we are not disturbed by the train noise. Earplugs are provided for sensitive people. Train station is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores at surrounding areas. Will definitely stay at this place again on our next visit to Osaka.

It was very clean. Close to metro. Lots of local restaurants.
Not many breakfast options around the hotel.

Our 4 nights stay was really comfortable. Lots of space for the 4 of us. Close to the Tsuruhashi Station lots of convinience store around. And the place was really clean.
No dining table and chair for us to eat.

We stayed in 2 rooms as a large group of 8 and found the space very spacious and functional. Beds were very comfortable, washer/dryer setup was great and dried our clothes overnight. Property was very clean, great location near lots of food and convenience stores and conveniently located near train stations. Did not get a chance to use the self storage luggage area, but was great to have the option. Check in and check out were easy despite not having front staff.
Sofa bed was a little hard but they had bedding for it in a big zippered bag.
