Simpatia e disponibilidade do sr. Jeremias, limpeza do espaço e localização excelente.
Acústica dos quartos devia ser melhorada pois ouvem-se os aviões a passar, uma vez que se encontra junto do aeroporto e ouvem-se também barulhos dos outros quartos.

Die Lage ist ideal zum Erkunden der Stadt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist grosszügig, das Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer auch, zudem neuwertig ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und unterhaltsam. Sehr guter Service beim Frühstück.
Die Ringhörigkeit im Haus und der Fluglärm (direkte Anflug-/Abflugroute) - ruhig ist es nicht

La ubicación excelente para recorrer el centro de Ponta Delgada.
La limpieza de la habitación y los baños (compartidos)
La atención de Jeremías que nos informó de lo necesario y nos hizo un “almuerzo especial” ya que salíamos muy pronto al día siguiente.
No me fijé que eran baños compartidos y teníamos que salir de la habitación, pero eso no es error del hospedaje si no nuestro.
Un lugar sencillo y acogedor pero estilo pequeño hotel.
Disponía de un ventilador algo ruidoso y en el exterior algo de ruido.
La calidad-precio algo elevada para una noche y baño compartido.
