The apartment itself was very comfortable. We were dropping our grandson off at Norwich University, so this was affordable and not too far from Norwich
I had called a week prior to verify that there were no issues due to the flooding the area had. I was assured all was fine only to receive a notice 2days before our reservation that we would not be able to access the parking lot in front of the apt. Due to construction & Would have to park several stairs and a bridge away. If accessibility was an issue we could cancel. This was very inconvenient & unprofessional as there was no time to book another place. I am sure this was not a last minute construction plan as other property owners knew of this for several weeks To top it off during the the time we were there no construction work occurred. Thankfully we are healthy able body 60+ individuals otherwise the stairs would have made staying there an issue.

Really quiet an peaceful. Really clean and had good decoration and comfortable furniture. I went off season, not to ski.
I didn't like that I didn't know until after booking that the parking lot was inaccessible. The directions given when I was informed, I felt were fairly vague. I had to walk pretty far with my bags. Luckily I don't have physical ailments that would have made that walk impossible. This is the only reason it didn't get a 10/10. Thanks!

The pool wasn’t open when it said it was supposed to be open during the timeframe that I was there, and the booking of this please wasn’t exactly what I thought I booked when I arrived.
