The shower sucked! No water pressure. Takes 3 times longer to take a shower!

The breakfast was good. A nice variety and good selection. The front desk agent was friendly and accommodated us with a room that had a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier.

Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety, but I was hoping for some bacon. It could use more savory options and fewer sweets. Also, it would be a nice touch to include a couple of complimentary bottled waters in the room.

It had a clean look.

The bed and pillows were absolutely the worst I have ever slept on. My back and hips still hurt. The breakfast was very poor.

The breakfast was top notch! Fresh fruit was a plus! Front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful and courteous. They went the extra mile to provide exceptional service.

Shower pressure wasn’t the best. The older woman working breakfast wasn’t very pleasant, but the others were.

Breakfast was excellent. Every staff member was cheerful and efficient. Also, our room was totally quiet. No road noise, no noise from other rooms or the corridor.

There was some kind of computer mix-up when we registered, but the fellow at the desk handled it graciously and quickly.

Property was well kept and maintained. Inside was clean and well organized.

Booked a king with a sofa pull out. Both mattresses were excessively uncomfortable to the point where it interrupted our sleeping so much that we cut our trip short and left the following morning. The pillows were cheap and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Close proximity to downtown Pouslbo

Seemed overpriced for a basic room and location. No wow factor for the price

Need biscuits and gravy for sur and you have a breakfast run a little longer than 930

A beer

Breakfast was great. The croissant sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches were excellent. The breakfast attendant Jodie did a great jobs keeping the tables clean and the food replaced.

Hotel was easy to find. It was nice knowing that there was a shopping center nearby should I need anything aside from snacks from the lobby. Both receptionists with whom I interacted were friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Speaks a lot for the hotel. Next time I'm in the area I'll happy book here again, but will request a room further from the dining area.

The acoustics or the nightly rate need to be addressed for the room in which I stayed, which was just off the lobby and near the dining area. For the rate I paid, I should not have been woken up by the sound of breakfast being set up and guests chatting. I gave up trying to sleep and left an hour earlier than planned.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We found ourselves a gem hiding on the hill and plan to stay again. Great value and the front desk young lady was so nice!

Breakfast was great except for the toaster not working. There was a variety of healthy choices. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner were of high quality which was very nice.

Have bottled water in room for each guest free of charge.

Brand new hotel, everything you need is nearby and rooms are super clean and comfortable.

Clean, new hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast, only they ran out of food by 830 and never restocked/replaced it, especially on the weekend with families there.

We were placed in a handicap room. It was so poorly designed. I tripped over the bed platform (that stuck out from the mattress) hitting me above my ankles, falling forward just missed hitting my head on night stand. resulted in 2 very scraped and bruised knees! Everything was at floor level. If I were in a wheelchair, there's no way to access refrigerator, dresser drawers, etc. There's not enough room to manipulate the chair to get access. The bed sits so low, its hard to get out. One cannot reach the light switch when in bed, as it's too high. Mattress and pillows way too soft, firmer would be better. Coffee maker is across the room, not in "kitchen" area, which means one has to fill up cup with water in bathroom, wheel across the room to "living" area to make 1 cup of coffee. The microwave is on a shelf above refrigerator about face level. Very dangerous if retrieving hot items from microwave as it could spill onto face and body. One half of the very shallow closet hangs an ironing board. nothing else can fit in making it useless. The other half of closet is divided horizontally. A clothes bar sits on bottom. But an iron is attached to side, so there is only room for about 3 hanging items. The upper shelf is empty and useless. Would be nice to have a hanging bar there to hang clothes. Cannot hang long items in this closet, only shirts! There are no electrical sockets near closet to set up iron Not practical for someone with handicap. Water pressure very low and water never got very hot. The wall fixture to open/close the window sheers and curtains was nice, but only worked some of the time. Maybe a hand-held remote would be better, as the location of unit was on wall with narrow access because of bed. The gym has nice equipment, but not handicap accessible. Towels are way high on shelves. The room is so hot and humid(cannot adjust temp or open a window) and smelled awful, especially when it was busy in the morning.
