La ubicación, la terraza y las vistas maravillosas.
Tienen un problema con las ventanas, casi todas tienen mal el cierre. Se nota falta de mantenimiento en muchos detalles (rodapiés, techo y lavabo baño). La litera de una de las habitaciones hacía mucho ruido y resultaba molesta para conciliar el sueño.

La ubicación
Las dificultades para dejar las maletas a la llegada (hasta las 15.00 no se pueden recoger las llaves) y a la salida (hasta la hora de coger el tren)

Lo mejor de la casa, además de la terraza, es la ubicación y la amplitud. La cama es excepcional, y la almohada estupenda.
Cuando llegamos al apartamento las ventanas estaban abiertas, y en la calle había 1º centígrado. La calefacción central se encendía unas pocas horas al día, y la bomba de calor del aire acondicionado no funcionaba, soltaba aire frío. Además, la puerta de la terraza no cierra bien y se cuela el frío. No hemos conseguido entrar en calor en todo el tiempo.
