Las áreas de la comunidad son un espectáculo (piscina, jardín…). La casa es bastante nueva y hay mucha tranquilidad (quizá demasiada, según lo que busques). La zona es muy familiar y buena para pasear. El garaje también es muy cómodo.

No había casi material para la casa (solo una pastilla para el lavavajillas, solo un rollo de papel, dos toallas…). El lugar es demasiado tranquilo si buscas un lugar donde a parte de descansar puedas salir a tomar algo (no hay nada de eso cerca, ni siquiera para comprar el pan, para todo debes coger el coche). Los colchones son muy mejorables.

The apartment is quite new, and modern. The pool is fantastic - we have been visiting Oliva Nova for over 12 years and this is probably the best pool we have had.

Only one key provided for 3 adults is disappointing. Unable to go off and do things separately with only one key for 3 of us. We asked for a second key, but we're told it was not possible. The apartment balcony looks directly onto the rubbish point / dustbins. Currently, Oliva Nova complex is having issues with rubbish collection (not the fault of the apartment owners), but it means the view is not pleasant. If you are booking this apartment, please be aware that there is no view of the pool or golf course from the property.

We were contacted well in advance of our arrival to organize a time. Our contact person was spot on time. Everything went very smoothly. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Nice touch that there were coffee maker filters, salt, pepper and sugar so we did not have to buy for such short stay. Lots of hot water and good water pressure.

A couple if dishwashing tablets would have been a nice complimentary service so we could use the dishwasher, maybe one for each day of of stay? Exchange the metal utensils to plastic to save the frying pan from being scratched.
