It was a perfect layout of two bedrooms and a large common area with kitchen, nice patio with amazing views of the area and sunset.

Nice quiet location and comfortable lounge, lots of bench space and storage; great fridge and recycling happening. Too cold to use outdoor spaces but they seemed appealing.
Trouble with heating, cold showers on the first night, expected a proper stove and stovetop and the second bedroom didn't have anywhere for clothes so we lived out of our suitcases for 5 nights. There weren't any curtains in the lounge which seemed strange in such a cold climate and perhaps contributed to how slow it was to heat the house.
