Mal chauffé, trop d’instructions, absence de contact physique avec le personnel, pas de café ni une bouteille d’eau, l’arrivée après 16h et le départ à 10h : on se sent pas accueilli avec chaleur

The Cabin was easy to get to and was very close to the Tapoco Lodge for our Family wedding we were attending. Kitchen well equipped, Upstairs queen and double comfy. Air conditioner worked great. Host and neighboring Cabin mates, very friendly. Very sweet puppy & Border Collie lived nearby was an added bonus for my 11yr old Grand daughter. The perfect Cabin Mascots! This was our very 1st time visiting NC and it was perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend staying at the Dragon's Nest Cabins!
There was a hiccup when we arrived. Fallen tree took out power to the cabins. However, the Owner did come out right away to let us know that the power was being worked on and eta of back online was by 6:30 p.m. We were able to unload, and we were heading out anyways to the Tapoco Lodge for a Wedding rehearsal and when we returned, the power was restored! Couch bed and twin bed wasn't used (not comfortable) Used our own air mattress instead. Dryer had issue taking too long to dry.
