    The place is very bad maintained and the stuff is unprofessional. Definitely we will never come back here again ‼️ Everywhere is mushroom growing and facilities are on the brink of collapse ‼️ Food was good. But rest of the building is definitely soon collapsing if Noone will invest in it. The road in the winter time is not cleaned and thats why recommending only coming up with 4×4.

    The facilities seemed not taken car wof properly, it feels like I am in an old building.. some things are broken and could not use jacuzzi because of that, also, not a lot of options on breakfast

    Location is extraordinary, all the way up to the hotel is beautiful but the view from the hotel is amazing and deserves an additional star. Rooms are very clean, big, with extra king size bed, and all the needed facilities. Definitely will come back!

    I recently stayed at Litz Resort from 29-10-2025 to 31-10-2025 for our wedding anniversary. I tried to reach the staff through the email provided on Agoda before arrival, but unfortunately, no one replied. Overall, my experience did not meet 5-star expectations. No one assisted us with our luggage upon arrival or departure, which is disappointing for a full-service hotel. Several facilities were not functioning. The Jacuzzi tub did not work, and when we tried to fill it, water leaked onto the bathroom floor. In addition, the balcony door made a loud and disturbing noise due to the wind, which affected comfort and sleep. The massage and several spa facilities listed were also unavailable during our stay. Breakfast was very basic and did not match the standards of a luxury 5-star resort. The views and location are beautiful, and the staff in the restaurant were helpful, but overall, the service level and maintenance require significant improvement.
