Woodstock Villa

Location. Amenities. Comfort. The Host and his ever-smiling team. Everything we loved. Its been a month since we stayed there, and my family still exclaims how much they loved the stay. Villa has 2 bedrooms on GF and 2 on first, all with A/C and ensuite, and a kitchen just enough to make coffee/tea. Compact layout, living & front space good for late night hangouts. Compact & functional layout, neatly maintained toilets, good shower, proper working hot tub, usable balconies or sit-outs. Location is very much on the main road and a walk away from all necessities, but still completely cut off from the noise and buzz. Once you enter the gate, its a peaceful haven. Ideal for a family that needs separate bedrooms for all, or a group of friends. Pets allowed (Host himself has 4 dogs within that compound). A very efficient, polite, and cheerful crew (available from 9am to 5pm) for cleaning and serving breakfast-tea-coffee. Though limited choices, all the breakfast we tried were good - Sabudhana kichdi, Poha, Sandwich, Omlette, Chai & Coffee. Host Vinayak lives right across the villa and is available anytime for any help without a frown. We will definitely come back here and this will be our first choice for our family getaways in Goa.

As it is fully wooden construction, the floor creaks when climbing up stairs or walking on first floor. Light sleepers may feel disturbed with the creaking or footsteps noise. The main door lock needs to be fixed as it was quite difficult to lock and open. I hope he has already fixed this.
