Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.
Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. Recently upgraded with tile flooring, new countertops, and cabinets. Furnished with a queen size bed, your remodeled suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!
