The stay was good and clean. Only thing I got shifted to another flat because this room was having water leakage and I was informed about it when I was about to reach the place. They asked me pay extra as the new place was bigger which is very disappointing. It was not my fault and I was informed just before my arrival. I really didn’t want to pay extra 3~4K . On complaining they reduced it to 1k. It was still unprofessional from their side. Although the place was clean and the caretaker was good.

The location is decent as I had chosen the studio apartment at Sefa House Pali Hill.
The stairs were very dusty and dirty. The room was congested and a very small. There were water supply issues from the bathroom sink and water leakage issues from the sink tap. The price was too high for what they offer. Also, the listing says a studio apartment, but the pictures posted are a mix of different locations. I have chosen a studio apartment for which the address was different than the address mentioned on booking.com. OSI apartment doesn't accept payments from booking.com directly; we have to pay them separately.
