Clean and good location

Clear communication, easy access to the property, and follow-up by the host. The location is very good, although closer to Recoleta than to Palermo. Good cleaning service, and a bit of welcome patience at check-out.
If we are going to be a bit picky, the views from the apartment are not great (indoor patio), and the natural light coming into the property could be better. Besides that, not much more to add on the negative side.

The apartment was conveniently located, quiet, and clean. The queen-size bed was comfortable. The host (Ruben) was pleasant and helpful though he and the management were unable to resolve the issue with the small bed located in the second, smaller bedroom. The apartment was in a very safe area. A communal washer and dryer are available on the ground floor.
The apartment was listed as "sleeps 3 adults". Unfortunately the second bed was a youth size bed that was too small for an average size adult. The bed for the third person is materially different from the advertised description. Another recent review (late January 2026) here on Booking reports the same problem.
