Nice option but read the small print
Cosy apartment in the heart of an old hippie fishing village, now become quite posh. The house is very modern and shiny. The location lovely, as easy to reach the city centre by navibus (ferry, every 10 min)
The flat is small, has no dishwasher nor washing machine. The letting agents require a deposit of 400 euros for, in our case, a stay of 2 days. Frankly excessive and off putting. Staff are formal and very professional, they even accommodated a date change on a non refundable payment, even if the negotiation was quite protracted.

Séjour professionnel dans un coin atypique et confortable
Le logement est situé dans un quartier très agréable avec restaurants et coins atypiques. Il y fait bon vivre! La literie est de très bonne qualité. Logement propre et fonctionnel avec un joli cachet également. Bref, ce n’est pas mon premier séjour sur. E logement et chaque fois que je repasserai sur Nantes, il sera mon pont de chute, si disponible évidemment 😅.
