Kesher Paying Guest House

From start to finish the staff at KPGH were so helpful and attentive. They accommodated for our late check in at 2am, and when we arrived my partner was suffering from food poisoning, they provided us with water, toilet roll, medicine and electrolytes for a small extra which was very kind. They checked on him again next day, bringing more medicine and some plain food to try. Luckily he recovered quickly so we could enjoy the rest of our stay. They helped us book a boat ride for sunset so we could see the ceremonies, offering us private option or cheaper shared option, and even walked us down there to introduce us and translate for us. Today we’re leaving to the airport and they booked us taxi and offered us cheaper option by rickshaw. Overall we are really happy with our stay, for a budget room we really got the best care and help when we needed it the most. I would happily stay here again.

It's the owner's house so It's well maintained. It's very clean and has a nice rofftop. The owner and his family are very helpful and friendly. The neighbourhood is calm and full of origin people. You can feel like one of them. It's better than area full of tourists and it's still close to the most famous Assi Ghat. I really recommend this place.
