La ubicación, sin duda. De frente un parque infantil con cafetería, y cruzando la calle la playa. A 100m el froid. En el local de al lado una cafetería. Una Ubicación perfecta.
La plaza de garaje es difícil de maniobrar. Y si tienes un coche grande. El nuestro es de 7 plazas te cuesta mucho maniobrar( De hecho teníamos q salir marcha atrás y evitamos sacar el coche todo lo posible) y otra cosa es q tiene un tramo de escaleras para acceder al portal y una vez dentro otro tramo, y un escalón para el ascensor. Si vas con carrito de bebé debes cogerlo entre 2, y con una silla de ruedas es inaccesible. Después tenía casi de todo, pero falla en tazas, apenas tiene . Otra cosa q para mi es importante, es q no tenía mesa de comedor. Si tiene en la cocina, y es extensible, por lo q cabeis 6, pero muy ajustados e incomodo
