The property is located in a great area- easy to explore Miami. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The complex has nice pool and amenities to wash clothes etc.

El apartamento super limpio, listo, muy bien acondicionado, con tod lo necesario para pasarla excelente.
En la recepción, los guardias insitian en un proceso de registro que no era necesario, Pero entiendo que es por seguridad y control

What a nice condo. Everything was cleans, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms was a nice surprise. Nice view from balcony, had my morning coffee outside. Pool was large and clean. Very close to the beach and the beach was excellent. Very secure lobby and the reception was great. We had a little problem checking in because the owner did not register us but the manager was very helpful and helped us get sorted so we can get in to the condo. In between Fort Lauderdale and Miami so it was easy to visit both.
Check in was not easy but it all got sorted out OK.
