La mia casetta

It's located in Trappitello away from the crowded areas but still close to buses that would take us to the sights. We had a great view of Mount Etna from the balcony. There are a few supermarkets nearby, and even the beach is not too far away. Angelo was the best host we could hope for. Any issue we had, he solved it promptly. Thank you and we hope to come back soon!

This one is our own fault, but this might help others to not get confused like we did: DOUBLE CHECK THE ADDRESS because there is another "La mia cassetta" on Google Maps that's in the center of Taormina. Use the address from Booking or ask Angelo. Thankfully, he was very understanding with us when we arrived at the wrong place :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Eccezionale! Un angolo in cui rifugiarsi a Taormina Abbiamo soggiornato a "La mia casetta" a fine aprile ed è stata un'esperienza davvero meravigliosa. La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, pulitissima, accogliente e dotata di tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi come a casa, ma con il fascino unico di Taormina. La posizione è perfetta: tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicinissima al centro, facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Al risveglio si gode di una pace incredibile, e rientrare la sera è sempre stato piacevolissimo. Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Angelo, un host davvero eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a fornire consigli utili su cosa vedere e come vivere al meglio Taormina e ditorni. Si percepisce chiaramente la passione e la cura che mette nell'accogliere i suoi ospiti. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un soggiorno romantico, rilassante e autentico. Se torneremo a Taormina, sapremo già dove andare!

Letto un po' duro

The apartment is located in Trappitello. Very clean and neat rooms with equipped small kitchen for cooking and nice terrace with beautiful mountain view on Taormina and Castelmolla. The host is very friendly and helpful. We were assisted in all our needs (including washing our clothes - we were allowed to use washing machine on the 2nd floor above). Air conditioner is in place and working, but it's located in the living room, so it takes time to get better temperature in the bedroom. There are two supermarkets nearby and a very good pizzeria Pizza Pazza Da Tony (highly recommend!). Don't hesitate to rent this apartment - it's really convenient and with fine price/quality balance.

It takes 20 minutes to walk to the beach (not very pleasant promenade, especially when it's hot) or you can use a bus (the stop is right in front of the house).
