Very nice, staff were great.

The gentleman who was working at the desk was exceptionally nice and was very welcoming and helpful. I can’t remember his name but he was from Brazil. Amazing person. The room was nice and clean. Paid parking was cheap but slightly difficult to find initially until I spoke to the hotel desk.

Location great , but hotel room is dirty !

Location is great as train station 10 min walk , tram to Geneva also around 10 min walk . Shops around nearby

Is not clean carpet with stains , all bed mattresses with huge yellow stains on each bed . Tv controller with dust . Fridge old . Not very spacious rooms . Toilet paper been only 1 for 3 people so needed to go ask for more . Sound until 1-2 am coming from train track even we stayed at 6 floor . No shampoo , air freshener . The light in rooms and bathroom so dark even we on all lights on in rooms still not enough light

Wonderful

This is a wonderful place for a visit to Geneve, very close to the train station. Staff was very professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious and modern, beds are comfortable with good pillows. Property was great and clean. Excellent breakfast is served. Good private parking. Great place to stay.

Very responsive hotel and very good location in the middle of the city near the train station and all amenities. The suites are fully furnished and provide the option of a mini kitchen where you can make your own meals.

My bathroom shower floor needs an upgrade, otherwise everything was clean and perfect.

Staff, parking and price

Room was way to hot, no air conditioning but had fans that did not cool anything down. It was not even that hot outside but room was boiling. Breakfast was very limited and everything was empty when we came down.

The receptionist on arrival was incredibly glum. We’d travelled to get there and were tired, it wouldn’t be too much to expect a receptionist to be a little bit welcoming. The room was tired but much worse, it was noisy. Every time a train passed the kitchen oven hood rattled. All night long. Hideous. We needed the fan on because it was hot and again it was a cheap noisy fan.

we booked 3 studio rooms and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff very courteous, especially Florine, she was helpful. Proximity to the train station to Geneva and nearby shops. The daily cleaning is also appreciated. Teas and toiletries were provided on a daily basis.

Limited utensils, only basic utensils are available in the rooms. I will advise provision of more utensils in the studio rooms. I asked for rooms near each other but I didn't get. That is a minor problem though.

It’s got uncomfortable beds and a smell. It’s more like a motel. The price I paid threw me off ‘cos I expected better but I recognize that the booking was done late.

After complaining about the smell in a room, I was given another one that was clean

At first they didn’t have a double bed, after complaining about the smell in the room given to me, surprisingly they found a double bed room available but with a view that was giving straight to the train station… making it super noisy every few mins… I was charged an extra 6e for the parking, there was not even a bottle of water available in the room Everything is just the very minimum service. Except the price of the room

Close to Genova

Not so bad breakfast (quality of food was good). Parking underground of hotel - big advantage for someone with small car (for a big cars could be difficult). Close to town center and a railway station, close to a grocery shop. Friendly staff on reception who gave us maps and guides. Close to Geneva. you can buy a daily ticket (12 EUR for an adult, 8,4 Eur for a kid for public transport and trains and travel to Geneva also valide for publich transport into Geneva (which is super)

Missing air conditioning!!!!! (when is outside 28-30 deg C during night is very difficult to sleep - hotel is just next to rail corridor,so noise is high......) Family room is quite small for 4 persons. Terrible cleanliness on breakfast (forks and knives, plates glasses - quite awfull dirty and not washed)

No air condition (only a fan) in a room with large windows acting like an efficient greenhouse - even early June, entering the room was a bad experience (at least 35 C). Having to sleep with an open window is all but satisfactory (trafic noise even strong on 5th floor were I was hosted).

Good stay for short vacation.

Location is very nice, clothe both to tram and train station. 10 min walk from everything that there is to see in this town. REALLY soundproof rooms, nice view. There is even mini kitchen with all that you might need for a short stay. Comfortable parking.

We got an impression that it was not very clean, but also it was not dirty, so juts a strange feeling.

Why the client have to to throw out the trash by himself? If the hotel save on housekeepers, it is not a problem of a client. To clean the dishes after usual a kitchen is ok, but not to throw out a trash into a trash can.

Clean and comfortable, only few minutes from Annemasse train station wich is perfectly connected with Geneva, Annecy and many more cities around! You'll be paying 3 times less than in Gwneva hotels and easy can do all the sightseeing.
