The larger shower and the private pool even though it was cold, hospitality was amazing

The villas were clean, the private pool delightful, noise didn't travel between villas which was great, only a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip in Seminyak, staff were helpful for most things.
Bed was extremely firm (but great for those who like firm beds), there was no tv in the bedroom
Nonglasses were provided to drink with just 4 X mugs. The hotel only provides you with 1 x towel daily per person, no pool towels so you have to dry them outside between swimming and showering. Forgot to give us mats and hand towels after the first day, had to go ask for them
Water pressure would randomly drop to Zero so you couldn't shower. Filling the bath took like 15-30 mins and the hot water comes and goes randomly so you just hope it's not gone when you do want/need a shower.
Oh and toilet door is clear so there is zero privacy when using the toilet haha
