The location was very nice in a peaceful part of the island. Quiet at night. Kitchen equipped to allow for cooking. Close to a bus stop for exploring the rest of the island. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful to get me oriented as far as using the bus, grocery shopping, restaurants, etc.

The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor every time. There was quite a lot of sound from neighbors through the walls, which was entertaining the time a man was singing. The jacuzzi in the bedroom took up a lot of space and would require filling with a lot of water, so I never used it.

Era tutto alla grande, l'unica cosa da calcolare la scala, che porta su, sulla zona per dormire, relax, perché ai persone anziane, o le persone con le vecchie fratture delle gambe( il caso mio), sconsigliato. Tutto il resto è piaciuto.

Franco è un persona eccezionale, si è messo totalmente a disposizione per farci avere un soggiorno al meglio. Conosce bene l’isola e i posti migliori che condivide con entusiasmo. Lo consigliamo a tutti Grazie di tutto

Booked only 3 days prior in high season and I was so lucky that this apartment was the only affordable option left on the entire island. Without any prior knowledge about Ischia, we landed all by chance in one of the most beautiful areas on the island. The street and the area called ischia ponte had such a charm of old times and the apartment was brand new renovated with all the modern confort. Communication was prompt and smooth in English and Italian.

As the apartment was too new, there are bits and pieces that didn't work as they were supposed to. Living in Italy for 10 years, no surprise and nothing serious but for those not familiar with the society and culture they may come as surprises. They should be taken as a part of experience.
