Das Appartment liegt in einem größeren Hotelkomplex direkt neben dem Kurzentrum und einem Wald, der die Anlage vom Strand trennt. Die 3 Jahre alten Gebäude haben mehrerer Fahrstühle.
Alle nennenswerten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Stadtzentrum und der Hafen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermarkt sind durch einen naheliegenden Wald mit gut befestigten Wanderwegen erreichbar.
Die Internetverbindung funktioniert einwandfrei.
Im gesamte Kurbereich inkl Umgebung besteht ein absolutes Halteverbot. Kostenlose/kostengünstige Parkplätze sind Mangelware.
