Kalimera & Apoplous boathouse

Straight out of a movie! Location was truly superb and the sunsets were amazing. An absolute find! Very clean and well pointed with all everything you need. Milos accomodation gave incredible service.

The location is amazing. You Really are right on the water!!!! Everything there to enjoy being at the property to enjoy the sunset and eat there if you want or go to an amazing restaurant 10 metres away. Bring waterproof shoes though!!!

The only thing that requires some attention is the drain in the bathroom which meant that often the water was all over the floor. One other thing worth noting for this particular property is due to its location and the space outside be provided for lots of people looking inside and stopping to take photos!!!

the views and access to the water!

bathroom doesn't drain (hosts know this and no response, maybe unavoidable) So showers were cold and very minimal to avoid over flooding into the bedroom. Also have to mop the water for a good while to be able to use the washroom without wading in water. lots of tourists outside your barn door taking photos and peeking into your place (makes sense) but if youd prefer more privacy, I'd recommend booking a room with the balcony to enjoy the views without crowds outside your space! plenty of other cute boathouses that were rented out as lodgings! maybe grab one of those!
