The location was great! Very close to thd Blueridge Parkway. Private and quiet. Home was clean and comfortable. Great yard for dog to run. Highly recommend!

Cute cottage with very quiet, private mountain location. Nice, new back deck. It lived up to the name "cozy." We were able to see deer, chipmunks, and rabbits on a few occasions during our stay which was nice. The wifi worked out great. It had a strong signal, therefore wi-fi calling worked well to be able to receive calls/texts (in case that may be important to have). Appears many items were well thought out. There was an informative welcome book to review, as well as a guest book to sign. A landline phone was available for local and emergency calls, as well as a backup drinking water supply available if needed after power loss. Dog dishes and de-humidifier in kitchen were a nice touch.
Observations/suggestions for improvement: Grass looked a bit on the long side. There was no place to unpack clothing (dresser or bedroom closet). We were able to hang a few items up in small closet in the dining area. Unable to locate replacement bathroom trash bags. Bring your own laundry detergent and/or coffee filters if planning to use either. Dryer was full of linens, but a laundry basket was provided for temporary removal. Caution should be used when taking a shower, as the bath mat slid around a bit. Not sure if the keyless door code changes regularly or is the same for each guest.

Super cute house. Close to blue ridge parkway and Crabtree falls. Great option to unwind after hiking all day

Beautiful mountain setting, included two bedrooms, kitchen, roomy living room.
No wifi or cell service, although I believe they are installing that soon. Some basic spices like salt and pepper and other kitchen basics would be helpful as would an easy to see sign at the street entrance to the property. May want to let people know to bring their own hair dryer.
