The staff is friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping will clean daily, or you can simply request fresh towels and linens. The location is exceptional if you want to explore historic interests. It is possible to walk to nearly anywhere you want to visit in the city center. There's keypad access and it feels very safe and secure. The house itself is beautifully maintained, clean, bright and well appointed. There are multiple areas to sit, relax and enjoy the space, a rooftop patio with a grill, and awesome views of the sunset and cathedrals from the roof. The kitchen is large and modern and even with multiple parties in the house, it feels like your renting the whole house. There is a laundry room available for use which was especially appreciated! There are front and rear stairs that make it easy to access the upstairs accommodations. The interior rooms are quiet and insulated from street noise, but not necessarily from the sounds of other guests. The AC and blackout blinds in the rooms are the cherry on top.

I stayed in the Monarca room, which was slightly larger than the other room I rented for my boys. My only critique is that my mattress was hard and the bedframe was noisy. This feels picky considering how nice this home is, but I think everyone wants to sleep comfortably on vacation. The bathroom fan cycled nonstop, which was fine as I realize it's an interior space without true ventilation. After the second day, I stopped registering the sound.

La ubicación, la cocina y la sala de estar: la casa está muy bien. Como hubo un error al realizar el booking de la habitacion, me tocó una recámara muy chica,

La habitación muy chica, yo creo que en un tan poco espacio, es mejor una cama individual más que king size para dar más espacio de movimiento
