we liked everything! starting with our host Yuri, he was so welcoming and warm. his explanations and video tour is from another world! he helped us with registration of our rent a car to be able to use old town, with parking... apartment is beautifully furnished, everything very modern. dishwasher with capsules, washing/drying machines (ready to be used), towels(even beach ones), sun umbrella, paper towels, shower and kithen utensils, literally everything' was there. apartment smelled very nice! apartment is specious with nice gallery with king size bed. location is just a few minutes from nice restaurants, stores and 5 minutes from playa Postiguet - perfect. 10+
cockroach situation - we did see one on our first day. bathroom would be close to -1 floor (small stairs to the kithen and bathroom) I suppose that is why. nothing spectacular but I suppose someone would be bothered, we were not really. apartment has no building, hallway, etc - you enter directly from the street - so yes it can be a bit noisy especially during friday and weekend night but it's just people (drunk) going by. it is not constant. it would be nice if there was somw windows but the nature of the apartment is different. it has though big entrance door and one window on top of it, and the lighting in the apartment is good.
