Excelente la ubicación, y el estado general del depto
El espacio para comer, esta muy expuesto a la calle, no nos molestó pero se podría buscar mejorar la intimidad de ese espacio

El edificio no tiene ascensor, y la ducha es muy pequeña.

La ubicación espectacular, pleno centro, todo queda cerca. Ideal cuando vas sin medio de transporte propio. Super limpio el departamento y confortable. No le falta nada, el anfitrión Martin amable y predispuesto. Respecto del precio, comparado con los hoteles muy conveniente, en mi caso que iba sola ahorré por mitad.

Estado, suciedad, falta de detectores de monóxido de carbono, canilla del baño rota, paredes rotas, olor a gas en el Calefon.
