We really liked it.

The host (Lukas and his wife) was very kind, the Villa is very nice, and very clean. The beach is close 8-10 minutes walk. Amazig places (Rovinj, Pula, Bale) are within half an hour driving. Beautiful sunset every evening on the beach.

far away from the rush life and the facility is providing space for relax

The host are extremely friendly and helpful with requirement beyond the accommodation scope. They have updated us about all the available options, like grocery store location, multiple beach locations, etc. There were multiple families accommodated in the place, however the facility brings enough privacy as well.

The apartment we stayed in was adequately equipped, we felt good there. The overall atmosphere in the area of the apartment building was friendly and peaceful. I appreciated the possibility of staying with a dogs. In addition to the balcony, we also had a terrace where we used to relax with a drink in the evening. The nearest beach is reachable on foot, although we went there by car because of the things we wanted to have available on the beach. Free parking is available on the beach.

The driveway was very dusty due to the severe drought, which was quite unpleasant. It was enough to get into the vehicle once and the interior carpets were quite dirty from dust. A new apartment building is being built nearby, so you can hear the construction activity on workdays, but it didn't bother us - we spent most of the day by the sea.

We enjoyed the family welcome and Irina and Uwe are two perfect hosts, careful and always available. The house is very clean and very well looked after and the location is suitable for the seaside and sightseeing. It is also very quiet and good for a time of peace and relax.

Appartamento come da descrizione, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Host gentile e sempre presente, abbiamo in particolare apprezzato la sua disponibilità e fiducia nell'ospitarci con i nostri 4 cagnolini. Ottima la presenza di botteghe e panetterie raggiungibili a piedi e la spiaggia per cani a pochi km davvero bella (Portic)

Il Wifi nel nostro appartamento prendeva pochissimo e consigliamo di migliorare un pochino la dotazione della cucina (padelle ecc).

Apartman #1 zkusenosti a spokojenost, povazuji spise za nizsi standart. Behem slunneho dne celkem tmavy, mozna velikosti oken nebo orientaci. Velikost misnosti povazuji za mensi, podle vystavenych fotek pusobi rozhodne vetsi. Kuchyn: Postradali jsme troubu (pravda ze v popisu neni, ale na fotkach je), Chybela pracka, majitel ji dodal za tri dny, byla ale sdilena pro vsechny apartmany v prizemi. Kuchynska linka a vybaveni dostatecne ale pracovni prostor na mi velmi maly. Loznice: matrace na muj vkus priliz mekka, nevyspal jsem se, vyuzil jsem gauc v kuchyni, Zklamalo nas malo uloznych prostoru, pouze 1skrin. Protoze je loznice v podkrovi, pocitejte s velmi nizkym stropem nad hlavou. Klimatizace: Nachazi se pouze v kuchyni, V loznici neni a male okno neposkytlo dostatek vetrani a teplotu. Terasa-balkon: Ve skutecnosti na nas pusobil dost maly, pokud se rozlozil susak na pradlo nedalo se tam temer pohnout. Wifi: byla sdilena se vsemi ale nepouzitelna vypadky-pokryti o rychlosti ani nepisi - velke zklamani. Parkovani: bezne ulici pred aparmanem, dost me zklamalo, z jinych mist ma zkusenost s parkovanim uvnitr objektu, za plotem a zdarma. Jine drobnosti a nedotelky, treba provizorne pridelany vyklajici se a drzak na rucniky aj. Za vynalozene finance jsem ocekal rozhodne vic, coz se dobredu neda odhadnout, ale beru to jako poznatek a zkusenost.
