Nice modern 2 bed apartment in Torrievieja

2 good bedrooms and bathrooms. Some nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Nice pool and apartment was comfortable. Public transport close by for travel into main town. Communication with hosts was good.

Unfortunately a big construction project across the road made it noisy at times, but that won’t be there forever.

There is building going on across the road and apparently has been for a long time building apartment blocks. The noise is actually horrific to have to listen to all day and the dust that comes into the balcony is really not good at all. Place itself is nice and would go back no problem once the building ends.

Spacious apartment 2 bedrooms were good and en suite for master bedroom. Good to have full oven instead of just a stovetop. Complex was good nice pool and gardens 5 minutes to Mercadona supermarket Closer to La Mata than Torrevieja but bus stops nearby

Directly opposite our balcony was a construction site which was very noisy every day (except Saturday and Sunday) starting at 8am till 7 or 8pm most days with an hour for siesta in between. We couldn't even hear each other talk whilst sitting at the balcony table We weren't advised of this before we arrived ,which is not good in our opinion. We understand that this work will not be taking place in August, but beware if you're staying any other time. Also had an issue with the roller shutter in the master bedroom that was jammed almost closed all week meaning we couldn't access the balcony directly from the bedroom. This was not fixed as spanish tradesmen are notoriously slow to respond to any issues. Also as other people have stated the kitchen cupboards are very high difficult to reach things and I'm over 6 foot tall
