We had a lovely family holiday

The property suited us very well. We were three families, my husband and myself, one son, his wife and his daughter, and anther son,his wife and their two young children. The bedroom arrangement was just right for us. Downstairs was very roomy and comfortable.

We had a problem with a leaky shower, which couldn’t use and had to improvise with the shower over the bath. We did report it but no plumbers were available last week.

Birthday weekend away

The house was fantastic for a family get together. Well equipped kitchen, great dining room, comfortable lounge with log burner, and that's before you get to the pool table and jacuzzi. Fab welcome pack. Lots of room at front door for boots and coats etc. Bedrooms comfortable, and bathrooms clean.

excellent weekend away , house was amazing , would definately recommend to friends , only wish we were there for longer

fabulous house , hot tub was amazing , pool table went down very well with the male members of our party. lovely welcome pack with essentials and goodies was a lovely surprise. Kitchen very well equipped exceeded our expectations fantastic weekend

Charming, comfortable house with everything you'd need

The house is just lovely, there were 9 of us and no dramas as there was enough space to spread out! Parking is great and it's only 8 minutes away from Bakewell town

A lovely place for a luxury break.

Great property in a lovely location and excellent rooms. There were 5 of us in a property that could accommodate 11 so we had loads of space, although of course it was expensive for just the 5 of us. The large kitchen and separate eating room were excellent, and the huge lounge was fabulous. The pool room was a fantastic luxury - and much used! The garden was very pleasant as was the outdoor eating area which we made good use of in the glorious weather. In fact it was a hot weekend, so the cool of the stone house was very much appreciated. Great parking facilities.

It took a while to get used to the small step between levels on both the ground and upper floors, but not a big issue.

Just amazing

The house was amazing so spacious, every bedroom was massive, the decor throughout was beautiful, it had all the facilities and catered for every need. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and much more. The hot tub was fab we had 9 in and there was plenty of room. The whole house indoor and out was just beautiful. Cant wait to go back and would definitely recommend 👌

Dale house farm is a gorgeous house in a gorgeous location- for a few days in the peaks, what more could you want!

This property is stunning, set in a private and quiet location. The little touches the host left for us like a food hamper, all the essentials for cooking, blankets, towels by the hot tub - it all felt above and beyond. The rooms are huge, the house is warm and cosy, the walks around the property are stunning. Not a bad word to say about this stay- we’ll be back!
