Great location. Ocean view. Athletic Club access was a major perk. Didn’t not expect it to have so many options and super functional.
No complaints really. Maybe later hours for the bar? Everything really was great.

The beach proximity, the view was great for partial view as advertised,
The beach was a little bit away from the condo location, but it’s doable. A little bit hard when you care all the beach things with you such as chair , umbrella and toys. Suggestion: Some kind of rolling cart to care all the beach things would be nice to have.

Pool was not on the property. Had to drive up hill. Weather was windy and rainy so didn’t get to go in water or enjoy the beach much. Unit is very dated and could stand some refurbishing. Glassware not good. Especially wine glasses. Unit in building far from beach and ocean. No elevator. Tough going up stairs to third floor with luggage! Price too high for what you got!
