Un appartamento nuovissimo mansardato, ben arredato.
Nonostante la mansarda era ben arieggiato e ovviamente si poteva rinfrescare con l'utilizzo del climatizzatore.
L'appartamento si trova in una zona comoda a raggiungere in un quarto d'ora sia il mare sia la città di Cagliari, nel pieno centro. Si trova nel centro storico di Selargius, in mezzo ai vicoli che rendono tipici questi paesi.
Gentilissima la signora, disponibile in tutto, lei è la famiglia producono ottimi dolci sardi tipici!! Da assaggiare assolutamente.
Per accedere la parte finale della scala è a chiocciola per cui si fatica a portare in casa i bagagli.
Bagno non finestrato.
Proprio perché nel centro non è facile trovare parcheggio, la via in cui si affaccia la casa non può prevedere parcheggio come si può notare dalla fotografia allegata. In ogni caso basta avere un pochino di pazienza e nelle vie principali limitrofe si può trovare tranquillamente.

Хороший ремонт, чисто і є все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Кухня повністю оснащена для самостійного приготування їжі. Всі фото, що заявлені на сайті - відповідають дійсності. Помешкання повністю відповідає своїй ціні!
Помешкання хороше, але дуже важко знайти поблизу місце для паркування машини, бо будинок знаходиться у старій частині міста з вузенькими вуличками. Та для нашої родини пройти 7-10 хвилин не було проблемою.

The accommodation was excellent, equipped with everything needed and more. Very spacious. Situated in Selargius, it was very easy to reach by car in Cagliari or in the surrounding points of tourist interest. The only "problem" would be with the parking spaces. Usually the streets are very crowded and you can hardly find a free space. But once you find it, you can park in peace. Nearby you can find markets, bakeries and good pizzerias at excellent prices.
