A beautiful holiday home in a fantastic position next to the sea, overlooking the pretty little village of Archangelos. The property is light and airy with a large bathroom and super shower. Panagiotis is very friendly and helpful with lots of information on local amenities. He also supplied lots of extras in the kitchen. Archangelos is an excellent base for visiting many fantastic places in Laconia, I.e. Monemvasia and Elafonisos.

Archangelos is a beautiful and tranquil location with far-reaching views across the Laconian Gulf to the Mani Peninsula and the Taugetus mountains, all of which can be enjoyed while sitting on the veranda of this well-appointed property. Panagiotis was a responsive and helpful host, providing lots of useful information and suggestions (so, for instance, we weren't caught out by shops being closed for Easter!). There is much to explore in the area – Monemvasia is not to be missed, and the beach at Pavlopetri is exceptionally beautiful – and the most of the roads are very good.

Ci è piaciuto tutto! La posizione un po' defilata della casa, la meravigliosa vista, la spiaggetta vicina di ciottoli ed anche il paesino. Siamo stati molto bene e sarebbe davvero bello ritornare anche per continuare ad esplorare i dintorni. Mia figlia al momento di partire piangeva disperata perché voleva restare altri giorni:) Preciso che è un posto estremamente tranquillo adatto a chi ama atmosfere di altri tempi e poco mondane. In paese ci sono solo due semplici taverne ed un caffè, nessun negozio e nessun lido attrezzato che per la sottoscritta è un valore aggiunto.

In realtà niente, solo il dover partire. Consiglio a chi arriva di fare un po' di spesa, almeno per la colazione. Come attrezzatura extra sarebbe carino dotare la casa anche di sedie pieghevoli per la spiaggia perché i ciottoli fanno un po' male. Noi essendo in aereo abbiamo risolto comprando a Plytra dei materassini che poi siamo riusciti a sgonfiare e piegare in valigia.
