Location!!!
We had to call the owner at 1am as the lock wouldn’t work and we couldn’t get into the property. Next morning we had someone come and fix it. The fridge wouldn’t cool things, but apparently it was less than 3yrs old and was in working order. Only the little hot plate was working which took forever to cook. Mould in the bathroom.
