L'appartamento è ampio, adeguato per un soggiorno di più giorni: due stanze da letto, la zona giorno ampia e ben divisa, bagno ampio e un balcone riparato. Armadiature abbondanti e capienti. È fornito wi fi. Agili le procedure di check in e check out. Ottima la posizione sia per la pineta che per in centro, con supermercati e mercato di prossimità.
L'edificio è purtroppo non ben tenuto, l'accesso da un cortile interno non particolarmente curato smorza un po' gli entusiasmi... Manca la lavatrice, sicuramente problematico in caso di soggiorno medio-lungo. La televisione pareva collegata solo a (pochi) canali locali, ma potrebbe trattarsi di nostro limite.

Lage (Supermarkt gleich quasi im Erdgeschoss; dm in der Nähe; Marktplatz gleich über der Straße); Größe der Wohnung; genug Handtücher; Heizung auch Mitte Mai (es war kalt); TV mit guten Kanälen; Küche groß genug; die Zimmer waren gut; Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Der Auszug aus dem Appartement war aufgrund des weiten Weges zum Parkplatz anstrengend.

Sijainti ja asunto oli kuten kuvissa. Kaikki aikataulut oli selvät ja avainten toimitus sovitusti hoitui. Parkkipaikka oli ehdoton, koska Porec on täynnä autoja lomakaudella.
Molemmissa huoneissa olevien sänkyjen patjat olivat aivan liian pehmeitä minulle (95kg). Teinille ja vaimolle patjat olivat sopivat.
