Longhill Reserve

We had the most wonderful stay at Longhill and were really sad to leave. The tent was incredibly comfortable and there was a heater and hot water bottles to make sure we were comfortable during the cooler evenings. The restaurant team were exceptional and all meals were great. Breakfast surrounded by giraffes was a real treat. The team work incredibly hard and they make every effort to make you feel special. The safaris from Nicole were brilliant and I can also really recommend their safari to Ado Elephant Camp. On the final day we had meerkats come right up to the tent which was a dream. Highly recommend

Exceptional service and accommodation. We had a great time at the property. Excellent dinner and breakfast was available. Great game drives. The staff were very experienced and helped us with directions etc. Highly recommend a stay - we loved the tents and the views.

Staff were friendly and professional. Food was great and so was the peace and tranquility. Enjoyed every moment of it and would definitely stay there again. Special shout out to Danielle for being so friendly upon arrival and throughout the weekend.

I recommend installing gas heaters as the solar geyser can sometimes mess one around. So I struggled with hot water and so did other guests.

The staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. The owners were also extremely friendly and hospitable. The location is outstanding—a beautiful lodge situated close to Addo National Park. The food was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

We stayed in one of the tents, and unfortunately there was no heating, so the nights were quite cold. The staff kindly provided us with a small heater/fan, which was much appreciated, but we still felt chilly. The hot water also seemed to rely entirely on solar heating, and during our three-day stay we never had truly hot water for showers. This may not be an issue for everyone, but guests who are sensitive to the cold should keep this in mind. Unfortunately, the hot tub never got truly warm during our stay, despite the staff setting it up for us. We suspect the cold weather may simply have been too much for it to heat up properly.
