Apto cómodo y espacioso. Con todas las comodidades. Estaba muy limpio la ropa de cama y toallas igual. La zona de la piscina es hermosa.

Los cuchillos no cortaban, faltaba algún repasador de cocina.

You get what you pay for. Reasonable price for Hotel Zone, but has some trade-offs. Overall, a very quiet, cozy, and peaceful location without beach access, but with a spacious pool. The location is gated and offers in-house parking, making it very safe. Beware of the actual location - there are not a lot of things to do: Captain Hook, XCaret Freddy to Isla Mujeres, Sotavento hotel with a good dive centre (Google A-HA dive center; they have all kinds of stuff like MUSA, reefs, wrecks, and cenotes.) That's pretty much it. Starbucks is within a half mile, Oxxo convenience store, and 2 highly overpriced restaurants... So be prepared to use Uber or a taxi.

-1 star for unplanned visit, when the cleaning lady started to pack our stuff by mistake, realized the error, and tried to put everything back. Without telling us right after this happened. You cannot even imagine our state when we came back home. -1 more star for the water pressure and overall amenities. As noted in other reviews, it has problems with water pressure and toilet flush. The washing machine barely works, and the beds are made for yoga masters.
