Our host was very friendly and helpful. The house was fine, a bit small but OK.
The bunk beds were not comfortable and the place was not that close to the beach. Also, it was a bit small for three adults.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Avocado House ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns fehlte es an nichts. Wir hatten für unseren Hund eine 15 Meter lange Strandleine dabei und auch er fühlte sich rundherum wohl in dieser Location. Wunderbare Orangenbäume mit reifen Früchten und ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit dem freundlichen Inhaber Stelios krönten unseren Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage!

The apartment is new with all necessary facilities one might need. The owner has made every effort on this aspect to help the customers.
The apartment is next to the highway (!). The bed on which you will sleep every night is literally only meters from the cars speeding with over 100 km/hour (or course there is a wall in between). It doesn't feel as a vacation house.
The surroundings are a bit creepy: apart the highway, there is dry grass all around and that is a big risk for snakes. The whole surrounding area is agricultural, which means rodents are bound to be there.
Every morning I would count more than 15 spiders up the exterior walls of the house. Unfortunately a couple of them would sneak in the bedroom every night no matter how many of them I "removed".
I also spotted a couple of caterpillar-like insects in the apartment. I "removed" them as well, but I am sure there are more...
Noise-wise, apart the highway traffic noise (which somehow you get used to, or, convince yourself that "it's nothing"), there is an electricity generator at the only house that is close to it and that, really makes noise. There are no houses around (except that). You need a car to go to Finikounta.
Not recommended (although most of the above are not the owner's fault).
