Świetny apartament! Pięknie urządzony. Przestronny. Wygodna kanapa w salonie.

Lokalizacja to zdecydowanie atut. Jeździmy do Helu od wielki lat natomiast położenie apartamentu sprawiają, że wszędzie jest blisko. W zasięgu kilku minut drogi mała plaża, sklepy, kawiarnie itp. Niewiele dalej już ścieżki na spacery.
Male okna i słabe nasłonecznienie apartamentu. Przestrzeń jest mała, ale dobrze zagospodarowana natomiast okna nakierowane są na sąsiedni blok. Z tego względu warto może przemyśleć lepiej oświetlenie. Dekoracyjne żarówki robią przyjemny klimat ale nie dają wystarczająco dużo światła - zwłaszcza te w łazience.

Apartament był czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Lokalizacja też bardzo przyjemna ze wzgledu.
Jednym minusem była bardzo niewygodna do spania kanapa.
