Grande maison, grande terrasse. Bien équipée. Garage, Clim dans toute la maison. Piscine accessible à tout heure. A côté de la plage. Environ 30 mn a pieds le long de la plage pour le centre ville.
Beaucoup d'escaliers. Maison a deux étages, trois si compte les escaliers de l'entrée plus le salon.

Close to the beach. Attractively furnished and felt large. Efficient aircon throughout the property. Good pool in the complex.
The walk into L'Estartit is 20-30mins which is doable in the evening but no fun in the hot daytime. Bikes would save you using the car all the time. The pool is great though the photos can give the impression that the property backs onto the pool. It's actually a one min walk.

Maison très fonctionnelle, emplacement au top près de la mer et des commodités. Très belle région également pour faire des ballades. Impeccable en famille.
