Location is great, you can reach Bari central in 15 minutes by train, the area itself is very nice, with plenty of bars and restaurants and the sea is by 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Also the owner was extremely helpful, advised us places where to go and helped with storing luggages because check-in was at 17:00. The room is simple but very clean, there is also AC.
Check-in could be a bit earlier. Also pay attention that the room is attic, for us was not such a big problem but if you are very tall could be not comfortable. For the price overall it is a good option

Nice room in the very center of Spirito Santo. Equiped with an air conditioner, which is currently not unusual, but very important to make your stay comfortable during the hot summer nights. Very big terrace to spend nice evening. Vey good price especially having in mind that is the holiday season. Staff quite cooperative, so I am happy with the communication.
It was all written in the description, but I doubt that a lot of people read everything from beginning to end - for the towels and sheets you are asked to pay additionally, the first time I am confronted with such a situation. But it was extremey useful experience as I am going to read everything from now on.
You are required to throw you garbage, this is my third visit in the area, and all times so far in appartments like this, but this is the first time I had to throw the garbage in the bins down stairs, so a bit of a surprise. I would not even mention it as it is most probably part of the low price, but when I took a shower, I saw that the water is not draining and it was due to lots of hair in the drainage, obviously not cleaned after previous guests.
