Francesca was so welcoming and friendly, and was flexible with check-in! The room had everything I needed including a private balcony which was a cute spot to watch the sunset. Everything was clean and I liked that the location was out of the busy main town area, which also made it quicker to get to mondello beach. 101 bus takes you into town and is super close by
