Indian Canyon Ranch

This place is a charming little oasis in the heart of Utah, conveniently located near several national parks. Joe, the site keeper, was incredibly kind and accommodating. Despite our late arrival after a long day of travel, he waited to personally guide us to our site and show us around the van/cabin. Our assigned spot was beautiful and peaceful—we only wish we had more time to enjoy it. It's definitely the kind of place where you'd want to stay for a couple of days to fully relax and explore, but unfortunately, we had to hit the road early the next morning.

The small road leading to the site is a bit rough on the tires and can be challenging to navigate—especially in the dark, as we experienced. But it is only for a couple of minutes, and it is all worth it.

It's a unique place. Sleeping in that school bus on top of a hill in the middle of nowhere. Staying around the campfire, playing with the dogs, playing cornhole, relying on a solar panel in a home made camp like the civilization just disappeared. Thanks Joe, you're giving such hard work for this camper's utopia, that was a night to remember!

The bad road is the price to pay to this very remote place. Try to come early. Comfort wise it's not for everyone. That being said, if the photos make you dream, then it's for you, don't miss it!

Host Joe was highly comminucating and guided nicely to the reach location. He also immediately after my booking, he reached and informed that the room I booked is a camp site, not a room as booking.com showed. Then I had to request him to upgrade my booking and paid for the upgrade. He is bvery friendly and helpful.
