I loved hearing the birds in the morning. When we drove up to the property in the late afternoon, the sun was hitting the volcano, and it was so beautiful! We carried in a load from our car, and I wanted to take a picture of the volcano, but the clouds had already covered it. Unfortunately, we never got to see that amazing sight of the sun hitting it for the next 3 afternoons because of the weather! Tanya is a wonderful hostess!
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that our neighbors are obviously better cooks than I am! With the fresh mountain air, we kept our windows open, so there is no getting around that! It was great having in-room facilities to bring our own food for cooking!
