Cozy hideaway for a short stay with minimal social interaction.

Cozy room, lovely location at the moat. Outside of the center but accesible with a half-hour walk. The rooms were clean with good amount of privacy and utilities. Checking in and out with a reservation is very quick and easy. Perfect for introverts who don't need a lot.

In the small room where I stayed there is no bedside table so relaxing with a drink or snack becomes difficult. You can sit at the table where the tea and coffee are but space is limited and you cannot recline there.

The location was quite nice, next to a small park and close to a tram stop that can take you into the center regions of Rotterdam. The bed was very good to sleep in. The check in process went smoothly and they returned our deposit very quickly which is always nice.

We were a bit disappointed to see that the windows of the room cant really open more than a few millimeters. I wonder how extremely warm it would get in the height of the summer. And the lack of fresh air was unfortunately something we were not so happy about.

Great location, badly isolated rooms, difficult to sleep.

The bed was comfortable. The location was great.

The hotel, room and doors are so badly isolated, we could hear people coming and going all evening and night through the entrance. The kitchen and communal area is just outside the rooms on the first floor. The constant noice made it impossible to sleep. Unfortunately, the room also smelled terribly of mold, which is evident by how all our clothes smell now.

Great location

The location was perfect, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient. Tea and coffee were thoughtfully provided in the room, and fresh, clean towels were always available.

There was quite a bit of noise coming from the neighboring room, as someone appeared to be walking quite heavily. Additionally, the remote controls for the air conditioning and television were not available in the room.

Great experience

I liked the air scent as i stepped into the hallway. The easiness of the check in. The whole place is like a song for the senses and i was feeling so relaxed that i forgot my key card in the room. Twice 😅 the kind man from the phone helped me do another quick and easy. Everything in the Hotel feels right and of quality, and i appreciated and enjoyed every detail of my stay. Definitely will come back whenever Rotterdam city calls me ❤️

Hm, if i am to be really picky, i didn't like the plastic flowers on the room. I would have appreciated one simple flower but real.

The most horrible experience ever. Except hearing everything coming in the main door, an incline floor of 10 degrees and a very uncomfortable bed, we had to endure extraterrestrials running and moving 2:30 am to 5 am

I would stay again!

Checking in and out was easy. Accessing the building via mobile was great. Also, being able to contact the helpdesk via WhatsApp was very handy, and they were quick to respond. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower in particular was immense!

The room spec said there was a shared kitchen, however, there were no cooking or food storage facilities. It was a sink and cupboards full of extra amenities for the room. I didn't mind this, but came with a certain expectation of being able to prepare meals during my stay.

The house and area is so nice, the rooms are beautiful and clean. We left something valuable in our room and the staff helped us get it back. They were so open and honest about it and were 100 % confidential. Very impressed.

Tv did not work Difficult check in- received about 10 confusing messages and staff were rude when asking for clarification No lift and had to carry 20kg bag up 4 flights of stairs Paid for late checkout but pass didn’t work after 10am No replies to messages asking for help No staff on site to help

Great location!

Location is really great, the area is calm. The room was clean and the bed had amazing comfort. Nespresso machine in the room was great! The app to open the door was easy to use.

It was hard to close the windows properly. Although the room was clean, it is a bit worn down. Some lamps didnt work, the rack where you can hang your clothes was a bit rocky. Which brings down the overall impression.

The canal it's on is pretty and peaceful.

It is way too small for 2 people, and way overpriced. There's no place to hang clothes - we hung a shirt from a light. There's no bedside table on 1 side - the other has to use the window sill. There's no shelf in the shower to put shampoo & soap. It has no breakfast. I never got the e-key, only my spouse did but i booked it. Way overpriced.

The size of the rooms was good.

No stuff. You do the check in by yourself which means you need to have a smartphone to download an app to have access at the hotel and the room. No key you get access by phkne. Problem with the app and the person who helped us through what's up made mistakes. View at the backside even if we paid more than 200€ no many facilities. Next room smoking weed. Beds very high. The only good was the size of the room and the neighboroud. No suitable for families. You do everything by yourself and you pay the price of an expensive hotel.
