A small hotel, just for one night stay, no restaurant. In 2019 there were bicycles for rent and very nice restaurant.

Ambiente molto pulito, camere confortevoli , con riscaldatamento pompa di calore, posto tranquillo , a circa 20 minuti dal centro di Caorle , personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione, colazione compresa nel prezzo e abbondante

L'unica pecca è che non c'è un box doccia, ma è come una volta aperta e troppo vicina al water, quindi se ti lavi devi coprirlo altrimenti ti tocca asciugarlo

Sopra le mie aspettative.

Comunicazione rapida e circostanziata sul check-in in autonomia e risposte puntuali e precise alle mie richieste. Posizione tranquilla e facile da raggiungere con ampio parcheggio. Colazione abbondante con ampia scelta sia salata sia dolce e personale disponibile. Da aggiungere, come ulteriore servizio aggiunto, la presenza di una saletta a disposizione degli ospiti h24 con distributori automatici di bevande e snack, oltre a macchina del caffè e selezione di thè e tisane.

Il soggiorno perfetto alla Brussa

La vicinanza con la spiaggia della brussa e relativa oasi. Il posto è molto tranquillo per una vacanza di totale relax. Sono rimasta molto colpita dalla grandezza delle camere e del terrazzino.

Nettes Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Das Zimmer hat alles was es braucht. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Richtung Bibione sind es ca 20 bis 30 Minuten, der Strand in Brussa ist quasi um die Ecke. Sehr ruhige Gegend Alles in allem für ein paar Tage ein guter Aufenthalt.

Teilweise war es abends, nach 23 Uhr, sehr laut im Haus. Unten befinden sich eine Bar und Restaurant.

Kedves volt a személyzet, közel van a part, autóval kb 7 perc.

Elvileg napi takarítás volt de például a wc papírt nem töltötték fel, nem kaptunk új szemetes zacskót, ezeket magunknak kellett megvenni. Az ágyak alatt nem takarítottak.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e accogliente. Era dotata di tutti i confort necessari: materasso duro e comodo, cassaforte, wifi, aria condizionata, tv e un balcone con un tavolino. Il bagno era molto grande con sanitari e supporti per portatori di handicap ma senza bidet, ma semplicemente perché era incorporato nel gabinetto. Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile è la parte migliore del soggiorno.

La colazione a buffet era molto buona ma poco varia: due tipi di cornetti, fette biscottate, due tipi di yogurt, due tipo di cereali, marmellate in monoporzioni, burro e crema di nocciola. Mancava secondo me, la possibilità di poter prendere latte, caffè e acqua calda per il tè in modo autonomo: bisogna chiederlo allo staff, che è comunque molto gentile e accorto. La colazione internazionale (uova e altro) credo fosse disponibile su richiesta. Salumi e formaggi non presenti. La cena al ristorante della struttura è andata abbastanza bene: patatine e pizza sono buone ed espresse. La grigliata di carne mi ha dato l' impressione di essere riscaldata. Comprendo i tempi tecnici necessari e proibitivi di una grigliata espressa, ma forse andrebbe detto. Personale sempre impeccabile.

Semplice ma non manca niente !

Struttura semplice ed efficace, personale gentile e disponibile, colazione basic ma tutto sommato completa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. A 500m verso il mare ottima trattoria di pesce.
