Everything was great! Angelo (the host) saved us a free parking space, gave us recommendations and made sure we have everything we need. The apartment itself was clean, big and comfortable. The area is safe and quiet. About 15 minutes of walking to get to the more touristic part of the city.

Good location; 7 minutes to the beach, 7 minutes more for the old center.
Super friendly host who does it’s utmost to give you a pleasant stay.

Perfectly clean, charming decor, and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect location just outside the restricted zone and an easy walk to the beach and old town. We enjoyed our late afternoon aperitivo on the balcony with a view to the old town and la Rocco. Our host Angelo was just brilliant! Especially loved the cannoli treats he dropped off to us on our last night as a gift. Thank you Angelo. Love to stay again.

+ the host is very communicative and treats you well
+ the host helped us with the TV set and even made us cannoli once
+ the TV let’s you connect with your mobile devices for streaming etc.
+ the kitchen in genreal is well equipped
+ the toilet is well designed and has appliances of good quality
– quality to cost ratio was absolutely not adequate
– the bed was small and uncomfortable
– the sofa and chairs in the living room unfortunately are uncomfortable as well
– the air conditioning only works for the bedroom, it stays hot in the living room
– the water from the AC is collected in a container, that the guests need to empty themselves into the water
– there are three construction sites in front of the house (2023) which won’t let you sleep in the morning
– inside the house you hear every door that is closed
– missing items from the apartment:
– no trash bin in the toilet
– there need to be more storage space (drawers/closets/wardrobe) for guests that stay for a longer time
– there is no table on the balcony
