Spacious and clean apartment on the 1st floor just under 10 minutes walk from the main street and beach. Angelo gave great information what to check out and how to walk. He even left us a breakfast snack, coffee and water which were very convenient as we arrived at 8:30PM. Wat was a great extra is we got to park the car in de carpark right next to the apartment.

Spacious apartment. Modern and well designed. Good shower. Large balcony with a great view to the sea, historic town and La Rocca. Great place to sit outside with a drink. Parking at the property was very helpful and we were in easy walking distance to the beach and historic centre. Host was very helpful and provided some excellent recommendations for restaurants.

Angelo, the host, was warm, friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The location was good - a short walk from the train station, beach and old town. Free parking just outside the apartment was great.

It was all very good. One, minor negative was the inconsistency of the wifi internet and the other is the hot water system which struggled to maintain hot water for two people showering.

+ the host is very communicative and treats you well + the host helped us with the TV set and even made us cannoli once + the TV let’s you connect with your mobile devices for streaming etc. + the kitchen in genreal is well equipped + the toilet is well designed and has appliances of good quality

– quality to cost ratio was absolutely not adequate – the bed was small and uncomfortable – the sofa and chairs in the living room unfortunately are uncomfortable as well – the air conditioning only works for the bedroom, it stays hot in the living room – the water from the AC is collected in a container, that the guests need to empty themselves into the water – there are three construction sites in front of the house (2023) which won’t let you sleep in the morning – inside the house you hear every door that is closed – missing items from the apartment: – no trash bin in the toilet – there need to be more storage space (drawers/closets/wardrobe) for guests that stay for a longer time – there is no table on the balcony
