Terrible. DO NOT BOOK.

Nothing. I didn't go in. This place is in a war zone. There were druggies loitering around outside, there was rubbish all over the street. People shouting and fighting in the street, and the place is above a kebab shop. I couldn't stay here as I felt leaving my vehicle would have been unwise and didn’t feel it was safe enough for my family. I was given the wrong code for the keysafe, and left sitting outside for 40 minutes (with my wife & kids in tow) before I decided that we couldn't stay here. I have been using Booking for about ten years, and NEVER made a complaint nor left a negative review before. Upon hearing my complaints, the owner has just said (paraphrasing) No, I've had your money, hard cheese. They have disregarded my complaints and ignored Bookings attempts at mediation. DO NOT BOOK THIS HELL HOLE.

Surrounding area, it is in a scummy estate like Shameless. Attitude of owner is abysmal. Safety & security, I feel downtown Gaza would be safer.

The beds were comfortable

There were some broken tiles, noticed some animal droppings in the cupboards in the room when we went to store bags, shower head was leaking, pipe leading from shower to sink was leaking, door frames were splitting, heating was on when we arrived, due to it being over 30 degrees this made us all uncomfortable, some of the charges on the terms and conditions were a bit excessive such as the emergency call out charge

The location was dreadful. It is rated the most dangerous place to stay in Birmingham

Given the wrong key code for the key box, got the keys to the wrong apartment. Entrance hallway nothing like photographs, totally misleading. Apartment was dirty. Finally got correct pass code and got correct keys but decided not to stay. Did not feel safe in the area, apartment was not clean, could not have slept in the beds. It has put me off air bnb for life.

Comfortable stay with convenient travel to the NEC

Easy to get to, Ubers are available all hours in the area. We stayed here to attend an event at the NEC and had no struggle getting back and forth to the accommodation at any hour of the day. Parking was easy, on street but always spaces available. The apartment can get warm in the mornings but fans were provided in each room, this was a nice personalised touch. The bathroom was clean with ample storage room. The shower was lush.

If I were to be picky the only negative we could come up with as a group was the accommodation is 3 double rooms meant for 6 people but there were only 4 cups, glasses and chairs around the dining table. Not a huge issue as we were a group of 5 so one person got a cup instead of a glass and sat on the sofa to eat.

Excellent value for money, lovely apartment. Had a lovely stay

the property was well equipped, good location, very clean and ideal for the 3 of us

just a few small things missing. no sponge to was dishes no broom and the bathroom cabinet was rusty toilet brush broken just a few minor things that the cleaning company shld have sorted
