Beautiful interior, clean, view of the sea from the balcony, very quiet, good sound isolation between rooms, full kitchen area, lots of space for parking, shop nearby, air conditioning works extremely well in the summer heat.

Host was very nice, compliant and helpful. Very modern and new accomodation. Very well equiped. Big terrace with view on the see. Comfortable beds. Everything perfectly clean. Host was willing to answer questions and give advices on the restaurants, beaches etc. Very good breakfasts (you have to order extra). Quiet and calm neighbourhood, aprox 15 min walk to the centre and Small beach in Ulcijn, 5 min by car (parking possible)
