Would stay again when visiting Rio

Secure, parking was easy, lovely view from the balcony. Room had all essential features, loved that even household appliances for cleaning where available. Bed was comfortable, ac worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good accommodation but noisy

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff very helpful. Having a restaurant on site was a very good bonus. Very close to RioCentro.

The noise was a bit bothersome. People on the room in front would get there almost yelling every night after 11:30pm. Maybe this is not the host issue, but seems like the walls were thin. You can also hear a lot of the traffic through the windows, but issue is mostly during the day and early night.

Localização boa para quem vai ao Rio Centro. Café da manhã de boa qualidade e variedade.

O proprietário da unidade não havia deixado autorização de entrada, 40minutos de espera e vários telefonemas. O piso do corredor do andar faltando várias peças atrapalha mover malas de rodinhas. Na unidade: sofá quebrado, apenas 01 toalha de banho (sem toalha de rosto), sem secador, ar condicionado só liga a 17graus não tem como regular no controle remoto, o purificador de água está com luz indicando necessidade de troca do elemento filtrante.

A localização é muito próxima ao Rio Centro, o que facilitou muito o trabalho do meu marido que foi para participar de um evento comercial ali.

Apesar da anfitriã ser muito solicita e atender o máximo possível as nossas necessidades, o condomínio deixa muito, muito a desejar! As camareiras não respeitaram o pedido de descanso, solicitando por 2 vezes limpeza e visita para conserto de modem ...foi uma importunação! O restaurante simplesmente não atende o telefone nem o WhatsApp e a recepção, não parece muito feliz em estar ali..sem contar na preservação do prédio que está em péssimas condições! Piso soltando pelos corredores, enfim...só o que salva mesmo é a boa vontade da anfitriã com os hóspedes. Sobre o SPA, não podemos utilizar sem reserva, mesmo que esteja vazio e não consegui nenhum horário disponível que nos atendesse, mesmo indo até la e verificando que ninguém o utilizava no momento, não podemos utilizar, um fiasco para mim, que acompanhei meu marido nesta viagem de trabalho...pensei que iria relaxar enquanto ele estava trabalhando, mas só me aborreci!
